Since I retired I haven't had access to metal working equipment so I knocked this handy SAframe carry tray up today using a couple of pieces of scrap aluminium and a sheet of 12mm ply, I painted the top and underneath is coated with underbody sealer

Is that for the A frame of your van?
I find it a great place to store my hoses. I have a piece of weldmesh welded into the space on the bottom of the chassis and blocked off at the back to stop things escaping.
It's a handy storage space when I'm parked up as well.

 That's right it is all ready to fit to the A frame, I have so much stuff taking up space in the boot that will fit nicely on the A frame
