At last our parched lawns are getting a drink here in Gympie, hope it stays a day or so. Fruit trees need it badly.

Funny isn't it nearly 12 months ago Gympie was flooding, now need the rain.............what a wierd and wonderful country we live in.

That's right Pauline, almost a year since the floods.
Geoff n Jen, I guess it's cooled down a lot too. Certainly has here in Logan. I'm enjoying the change.

How much would you guys like as we have just had 175 ml two weeks ago.
Caused another flood, some lowland areas were covered but just missed comming into town.

Farmers dont want it i suppose they are trying to do there harvest at the moment,very light rain in pinjarra at the momentery, at least it will keep the flys away.

Been great weather here in Perth until last night today, thunderstorms all last night and today continuously.......rain badly needed though and a pleasant cool change.....

My cousin lives in Gympie (Lower Wonga), they have a small hobby farm, so they would be happy too I imagine Geoff and Jen.....

Perth has had more rain (17mm) in six hours today than it does for the entire month of December (13mm). And there's more to come! Cheers, Tony
