I got a price that was half way between top and bottom price (Above market value) so I have to be happy with that !!

Well done Dunco !! What is the cooling off period, I don't think we have that on housing sales in the West?

Cooling off period ends on 23 January due to Estate agent being closed until 12 January. If they pull out I gain $1000 so I doubt it will stop.
Once everything is finalised I will be off and will stay around Morrisset for a few weeks to play golf with my brothers...then will live in the van park in Port...maybe...whilst I find a house...or I might travel for 12 months or so to save money ( NO MORTGAGE PAYMENTS)

I'm sure it will all be ok Dunco and you will be able to move on.
I won't go into it here, but I had a bad traffic accident in Morrisset many moons ago which resulted in a death, so not my favourite place to remember.

port mcquarie hey, i lived there for ten years of my life before i moved back up here 9 years ago ,not a bad place to live either some wonderful people ,great places to eat , nice beaches.
enjoy your new area to live in , i know i realy did love living there when i was there it was great if you had kids but now they took all the places away for kids to go to peppermint park, many other places too, its a shame cos now the kids just hang on the street.
but a magical place though.
