Did your christmas tree lights blow up Beth?

No Christmas lights Elle. It's become very windy this morning so I suspect a tree may have come down on a power line. Lot's of trees around here, and we're on a hill.

I'm doing Christmas at Fairbairn Dam with many others. Tonight is a sausage sizzle, carols and country music. It's been hot out here so the pool is oh so cooooool. Beer o'clock I reckon. Those outback places know how to show that community spirit and if for some reason you're out there, orphan's Christmases are the norm because everyone comes from somewhere else, they're away from family for all sorts of reasons, and they just do it together. They usually have a hoot of a time, and some even remember it for many years later.

Sounds like good times at Fairbairn Dam for a couple of days!
If any GN's are in SW Qld, here's a free lunch for you.
