Just arrived at Stansbury our favourite place on earth. We all have our favourite place but Stansbury is ours and all I can suggest is visit it at least once in your lifetime and if you get the bug you won't regret it. It was responsible for Pat and I to enter this game of park management and although we are struggling to settle into a park again we can't wait, but wait we will.
We know what tourists want and need, but most of all we practise it. So put aside your views as research will find a park, or free camping if you like that suits you,
Have a great new year in your travels and look forward to your ventures as only your decisions will decide this.
I'm going fishing tomorrow and nothing is going to spoil it. Plewnty of whiting here so how bad is that.

Haven't heard from you in a while Techno. Just exactly where is Stansbury so I can make a note of your recommendation.

Stansbury faces Adelaide on the eastern shore of Yorke Peninsula and for us is relaxation or damn hard fishing for King George whiting, squid, garfish etc, all small non coulerful fish but real quality fish. May not suit all but certainly missed by us.

marion bay just a bit further down the road isn't a bad place either, i wouldn't say the best place on earth but it's not bad, we have a family owned holiday house at marion bay, it's just a nice place to "waste" some time.

have to agree with you about Stansbury - stayed a week a few years ago and loved our waterside site - is certainly on the "visit again" list
