We had purchased a Jumpstart/Compressor from Aldi early last year. We were very happy with it during its inaugural run at Greens Lake.
When we next went to use it, the light came on but nothing else.
Ted rang the number on the warrantee on Tuesday and faxed them the information.
Today(Friday) we had a new Jumpstart delivered. Even with a public holiday yesterday.
It's a shame that we are so pleased when we get excellent service these days. It is so few and far between.

Great to hear some good news about Aldi Robyn. They seemed to get bagged a lot. My neighbour bought a washing machine from them. When it played up Aldi had the serviceman out and fixed it within days.

I have also had great service from Aldi with warranty claims, we bought a camping light of them and at 11 months it had a problem getting to full charge so we rang their claims dept and explained the story ,problem was we couldn't find the reciept .
The girl said no problems just post it back to us reply paid (they pay for the postage ) and three days later we recieved a postal order from them for the amount we paid for it as they didn't have any in stock ..Good service and hassle free ...Cheers...BOB..
