Got up to a pleasant 23 here in Snug today, clear sunny skies to recharge the kayak battery, looks like it will be the same tomorrow. Those flathead better watch out, I'm gonna catch a bucketload.

Me too. Its 11.10pm. I have every door and window open, ceiling fans going and I'm still dripping. If I go to bed I will have to close up. I would be better sleeping under a cold shower. Sick of it.

Surprise Surprise Brian. Would never have thought QLD would get rain in the summer....... sorry that was cruel of me.......
I hope it abates soon for all of you living up there and that none of you are stranded or had property damaged.
Roll on Febuary off to Kempsy to visit Jim & Leoni then to North Haven for a few weeks a quick visit to Father Ted/Duckhunter and wind our way through the wilds of NSW to Kapooka for Grandaughters passing out and then - Who knows? have to find some sunshine some where along the way surely.

What date is the parade Brian? The Gnome and Blue and I and Mrs. Gnome of course will be at Ariah Park on the night of the 15th. Would be great to finally meet you if that would fit in with your plans

It's been hot in Adelaide, but yesterday evening all hell let loose with a very gusty downpour on the north and north western side of Adelaide. Boy did it rain!!! Today is cloudy, a little cooler, but a bit humid. Not Qld humidity, but a little humid. I love my aircon and fan. Ahhh! Heat, what heat?
