If anyone is planning to help them, might I suggest it's not just about the towns, although heaven knows they need help too. There is a lot of damage on the cattle/sheep properties too. Their houses, fences whatever.

I can remember Darwin in 1974 standing out the front of the house saying mummy whered the house go? East Timor she said lol, yes Cyclone Tracy got us now that was a mess, any natural disaster like fire or floods etc is a nightmare, these poor folk need all the help they can get, its so far spread seems like an immpossible task but as the chinese say many hands make light work.

Thanks Bill. As I may have mentioned before, I have loads of cousins in Western Qld and I've been kept in the loop through FB.
