Just wondering if any fellow GN's have had any dealings with this (mainly) online store situated at Seven Hills in NSW?
We purchased a product some weeks ago and their after sales service and communication skills seem to be lacking or is it just us?

It's good to be forewarned. They were at the Newcastle caravan show last year. I don't see them listed under that name this year (on this weekend).
I purchased an 80 watt folding panel off Ebay ("Bitoo" was the vendor) for $209. I haven't used it on the road yet but I've tested it and it seems to have at least the power output quoted. The frame is a bit light weight but compared to over $600 from Jaycar it's a big saving.
Valnrob, you're probably aware of this but I mention it just in case... The output from an 80 watt panel would be no more than 60 watts at the regulator output if it's just a "common and garden variety" regulator.

Thanks Jim, we have now purchased 2 x 85w panels (Suntech) and they are perfect, running thru decent regulators and are good enough to supply power to 2 x 100 amp hr batteries which in turn run, 2 x 40 lt Engel fridges, lights, cd player computer etc. We hve just come off a 2 month period camping in Freeparks. So now we have everything sorted.
might see you on the road somewhere.

Ive bought a 120W folding panel from them and have had no trouble with it. It was slightly under powered, (quoted 6.66A 18v, measured 5.1A) but the price difference more than makes up for it (less than 1/2 the price of others). The regulator is a cheepy but once again Ive had no troble with it and even gets a 'trickle charge when over cast. Ive run an waeko 55L fridge on it for a week. The battery dropped a little each day, so it wasnt replacing all the night useage over the day, ( unpluged the uint and took it inside over night, and some mornings were a 'late' start') but at the end of the week still had 12.2V on my auxillary. Didnt touch the Starter battery (it had 'dropped' to 12.7V while doing nothing) so used that for starting.
Ive ordered a 200W panel to fix to the roof from them, once a agin even if its 'a bit' low I could probably only get an 80W panel of a 'known' brand for the same price (no regulator on this one).
So for the price Im happy. If you want 'strict specs' (and probably warrenty) then you may be disappointed. But you will pay much more.
Maybe in a few years I may sing another tune. But 'old timers' will probably ... um what was I saying..... never mind.
I got 4 panels of them and was advised that will get 50amps in full sun... the most I have got is 14amps....
After many emails they still have not sorted out the problem and they refuse to talk on the phone only via email and I write the biggest emails that tell them the angle they are mount wire size how many batts ect and I get back one email that says "send picture"
Dont deal with them

Wish I had seen this earlier. Is there anything that can be done to shut these fraudsters down?
I purchased a product which never arrived. They refuse to discuss the matter over the phone, and when I email them I get an automated email telling me to wait 21 days then send details of order for tracking. This email arrives each time I email the details.
Then I email to after sales service and recieve no reply at all.
I think I will give this to ACA.
