Sometimes the people who run the complex have facilities for selling them. Thats how I sold the one I had at Park Ridge, Qld. They took a small commission for selling.

Some of these villages are managed by an independent organisation and they handle the sale and transfer of property within the complex. You may not be in a position to handle the property yourself. Check the details of your contract.

Check the local real estate agent, that seems to be what happens here. I too live in a village for over 55's. I found this one by just walking through and it had FOR SALE in the kitchen window. The people that had it said they only put the sign up 2 days earlier.
