Just had coffee with Brandt and Lorraine (Kiwias) - who have come to Boonah for a few days - showed them around town - introduced them to a couple of locals and the local butchers - they loved the butcher shop. Couple of lovely people - hope they enjoy their time in our wonderful country.

Yes Jules they are lovely people, we met them in NZ last December and they picked us up from my sisters home, took us to theirs and wined and dined us like we were long lost friends.

Thank you Jules for the coffee and chat, was nice to be able to put a face to the name. The butcher shop cut a roast in half and vacuum packed the 2 halves along with 2meals of sausages, very obliging. Both lots are now in the freezer. The B shop was recommended by Jules. All the GN we have met so far have been so nice and generous. Wombat, see what you are going to have to live up to.

We're pretty good in SA too. The west is pretty special as well. GN's are just such a great bunch generally speaking. I can't say the same for a certain Wombat, but I'm open to suggestions.
