My sister in NZ has 5 dogs. One German Shepherd and 4 Border Collies. They are so intelligent. Gorgeous Dogs.

Hey Marj, sis and bil are in your home country, not far from your home town. Last lot of photos were from Feilding. They have some awesome photos.

as much as id love another border collie, im thinking about a golden retriever,i hear they too make excellent companions, i thought if i got another bc, i might call it ben too often and i dont want to loose bens memories etc , ps if cindy wishes she can move this to the off topic page

My ole Red Border is 15 this month, and was diagnosed with Canine Leukemia when aged 13 months. Was advised to expect a short life for her etc.
Now me ole mate is 15 and love her to bits.
Still asks to go out for a pee in the early hours and decides it is then play time and wants to play soccer with me.. Complain...Nah ! How could I.

yeah ben used to do that too at 3 am some times!!
and he too had that Canine Leukemia , when i first got him , he was about 3 or 4 years old then... really close call, but had him for another 8 years or so after that..
dogs are wonderful if given the right home and love,
i have been folowing this lady and her border collies for ages on facebook
they are so cute and clever!! any ways enjoy
