I found my first grey pubic hair yesterday, normally these things don't worry me, but it was in my Big Mac.

Gday...
Firstly, welcome to the forum. You will enjoy your visits and hopefully will be able to gain (and probably provide) information, experience, humour and empathy.
On that page there is a list of "Sub-forums" - such as General, Solo, Health etc. Click on any of these and you will be presented with list of topics already posted by Forumites. Simply click on any post and you will be able to read the responses. Within the posts you will see 'buttons' that allow you to 'Reply' or 'Quote' - Reply lets you reply, and Quote copies the original comment into your 'reply' and then you can add your reply.
When you are within a "Sub-forum' you will see on the right side, on top of the posts, a 'button' "Start a new topic" .... this is to allow you to add a topic of your own.
It is all fairly simple and you will quickly get the hang of it .
Talk about getting older.
