We've had a lovely time at Bribie Island, much of it thanks to Pejay. We enjoyed their company, also Peters excellent cooking, then we formed the formidable "Grey Nomads" team at a Trivia Quiz at the pub near our caravan park . We surprised ourselves by doing very well, and another great evening was had by all.

Sounds great GD. It's always good to catch up with a few GN's isn't it. I will be catching up with a couple this weekend at Lakes Entrance, I am really looking forward to it and as a bonus the weather is looking good for the weekend there as well.
Good company, good weather, what else can I ask for. Ok then maybe a good beer or wine.
I only remembered today that I would have been on my 2 month trip starting yesterday, bugga, work got in the way of that plan.

When I stayed at Bribie I spent a bit of time at the bowls club next door to the park. It's a great spot to kick back.

It was lovely to have Gerty Dancer visit us, and stay a while - so pleased they enjoyed their stay 'offshore'!
