I've seen a few of my neighbours here in this park do it, but I'm not sure. You have to carry more water for the flushing and you may need a holding tank or connection to sewerage at sites.

are you refering to the new ceramic cassette toilet that as a bowl shaped like a household one. If that is te case you can purchase with the bowl that swivels to allow for mulyifit type situations. check out te caravanplus website, they have dimensions in the online catalouge
