I might be visiting Echuca/Moama 20,21, 22 May. Will anyone be around? Might be able to have a catch up?

Hi there Marj. If I am not able to get away by July at the very latest, I will be having to postpone my big trip until next year. Whilst I have everything in place regarding my rig, there are many other things which I need to have in place before I can consider heading off. I want to have everything in order here so that I can relax and enjoy the trip. I am endeavouring to take smaller trips in the meantime.

I might look at August/September for at least a month, maybe two. I am thinking of heading West...SA Coast Line and cross the Nullarbor and maybe the low part WA. I would like to check out some wildlife in WA Marj.
It all depends on how things pan out "ON The Buses". As you know I had to cancel my trip now due to problems at work.

Good to know both of you will be able to get out there for some trips soon Lynnie and Doug. Nothing worse than sitting around in anticipation of that trip you want to make.

Would love to meet you Doug! I'll won't be there for about 4 - 6 weeks though - do you think you might be around then? Where do you stay? Have you got a fav campsite? I'm currently in McLaren Vale - got lots more wineries to visit before I can leave.

Hi Reg, we are part of the wildlife here in WA, send a PM when you get closer to Perth later in the year.

Things are beautiful here in Townsville at the moment Doug. Weather would probably be more to your liking (chilly). I thought you were coming back up this way in August. If you are checking out the WA wildlife, watch out for those Wombats, I hear they are ferocious. They've made holes everywhere too. (sorry Wombat). You would love the south west of WA (I grew up in Margaret River). God's own country. Hope it all works out for you mate.
Cheers!

Who's Reg, wombat? I think you must have fallen down one of those holes you dig and done some damage to inside you noggen.

Hi Lynda, I will only be there 20-23 May. I stay at the Moama Riverside CV Park. I have been going up twice a year for years now but always stay in a cabin that looks down the river. I need to get my river fix a couple of times a year and lash out for the cabin. I am unaware of any CV park that has the view to take my camper and I need power.
