From time to time members post topics here on the general forum recommending free camps, caravan parks etc. It would be far more useful in the longer term if these recommendations were posted in the appropriate sub-forum(s) instead of (or in addition to) the general forum,
The general forum tends to move on fairly quickly and bury these recommendations making them of little use once they have disappeared from the first couple of pages.
By putting them in the various sub-forums, members and visitors to the forum can come back to them and use them for trip planning.

Worse is a nondescript heading like "HAVING FUN" or similiar. A glowing report on a free camp when you open the thread and not a mention of where it is or what it is called. Why bother posting at all.

It makes it harder to search for things later on if the subject is not in the topic. A state is always handy too as some placenames can be found in more than 1 state.

maybe start a thread for each state.... just a thought, might make is easier to find places too if you can go to the state you want then read :)
