Bob wakes up one morning and goes to the bathroom mirror.
Rubbing his eyes he focuses for a better look and spots a lump in the middle of his forehead.
"No worries, I'll put a bit of Clearasil on and she'll be gone by next morning"
This goes on for a month and by now the lump is sticking out about 2 inches.
"Better make an appointment with Doctor Phil" which he does.
As he's called into Phil's surgery, Phil looks up over the top of his glasses and yells, "My God Bob how long have you had that lump!!?"
Bob calmly says,"'bout a month Doc"
"Oh I wish you had have come and seen me earlier" says Phil.
"Why is it seroius Doc?"
"It's too early to tell yet Bob but it doesn't look good. I'll take a biopsy and we'll have the results by arround 2 weeks, make an appointment for then."
2 weeks go by and Bob walks into Phil's surgery, now the lump is sticking out 4 inches by now.
"Got some bad news Bob, just as I thought. The lump is actually a penis growing out of your forehead."
"Oh my Godfather!!!!" yells Bob. "Just Cut it off."
"Can't Bob, it's connected to your brain. Any surgery would mean certain death."
"How am I going to look at myself in the mirror every moning and see that thing." sobs Bob.
"Don't worry Bob, you won't be able to see anyway."
"Oooohh ****!, don't tell me I'm going blind as well !!!! ?"
By this time Bob is seriously in tears.
"No Bob your not going to lose your eyesight."
"Well why wont I be able to see?" asks Bob sobbing loudly.
"It's just that your testicles will be hanging in front of your eyes."
