I was a 1968 intake. There was a reunion last year I think to mark 60 odd years since first intake of JR's in Fremantle. I'd love to go back there and see what it looks like now. A lot of water has flowed down the river since then, as I am now 59. I was sixteen when a JR and I still remember my number R103943.

Sure Jack. It looks like there is a few of us here.
I went and had a look at Leeuwin last year, the army has it now so not much left. The officers mess is still there and the drill hall and bullring. Non of the old dongas.
Saw the JR memorial. It felt strange but I'm gladd I did it.
