Mr Glassies
Wife wanted a washing machine for the van. She, acting as navigator, said "they may have one in that shop". Came away with a new caravan with a washing machine. Her excuse: "We needed to upgrade the caravan anyway. Yes Dear.
Happy caravanning all

Many, many years ago I had a FC Holden which didn't have a radio & my then girlfriend would harass me about it.
One Saturday morning I went to a backstreet car yard that I had heard would remove radios from trades & sell them thinking to get one for the FC.
Well, 50 minutes later I drove out the owner of a 2 year old AP6 Valiant which, you guessed it, didn't have a radio.
I was in trouble.
