Yes! It has arrived. I actually retired last Friday after 35 years with Melbourne Ambulance. No applause please, thank goodness it's over. Now I can join Rosemary in that euphoric feeling of not getting out of bed if we don't want to. So, he we are, with all you other retirees and loving every minute of it.

well terro i no how you feel i have a week to go i may not have been in the same job as long as you but it sure feels like it my hubby retired 10 months ago i am looking forward to r and r and family time

About time Terro it 35 years!!!!!!! only took me after 40+ on the 4th July to pull the pin as a Firie. Gee I miss the night shifts=like hell
Doin the Cape upto the tip of Aus late August will have to catch up and talk war stories.
