We had a velvety feel bean bag each and used them on the bed as a back rest. They were like a giant puffy arm chair. Fortunately, since we had a king sized bed made for the van we had room to throw them down near our feet on either side when we slept.

Thanks Grahame, I have been looking for something like this for ages. The Memory Foam ones are expensive and quite bulky. These are ideal for the MH.
I bought one at a garage sale for a few dollars, haven't used it. I could see how it could be good for the van though.

Watching TV? Sat at the table. You know the problem. After a while your bum goes to sleep and you get back ache. Why not lay on the bed?
If you're like me no matter how many pillows you put behind your back you can't get comfortable, and when you do get comfortable you fall asleep.
I've found the answer!
It's on ebay for just $45 including delivery. Type in Backrest Pillow Support.
Good find!!!!
That's a great find Grahame
here's the link http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/?_from=R40&_nkw=backrest+pillow+support&_sacat=

Magnamail has a similar one for $24.90.
