Yes I know what your going through you should have been told that it would not fit you may have to return it.And see if you can get your money back.

I had a Nissan Xtrail, Nissan wouldn't recommend WDH for them either, apparently the Nissan chassis can't take the stress they put on the chassis, at least that's my understanding.
On my X'Trail I had rear thicker gauge Pedders coil springs (as I had done on a previous Camry) put on and had no problems.....

hi all
just bought a new patrol ,so we thought we would buy some weight distribution bars but have found out that hayman reece won,t fit the nissan,s towbar ,we have never used these before as we had airbags fitted to the old patrol and they were quite successful, but thought we would try HR, anyone else with a nissan and what are you using? any thoughts greatly appreciated.
thanks kay and john

We intended getting a WDH for the Prado, but when we hitched up the new van it sits level, and we were advised to give it a miss. Why do you want The WDH, does the back of your tug sag?

Salesmen only want the sale. What you do with the equipment you bought is up to you, it seems. I frown at the number of under-powered vehicles towing big caravans around the place. Obviously the good advice is a bit thin on the ground. As long as the vehicle can tow the van out of the yard, that's good enough. Good luck with your hunt for the right parts.

John & Kay. I hope you realise that air bags are not a substitute fo a WDH, as they have different functions. OJ
