I was at Lake Ratzcastle for a week back in Jan this year. Great place. Sealed road except for the last 100 or so metres of good dirt road into the lake.
Solar-heated showers, flushing toilets, some tank water at the picnic area BBQ area. Locals use the place but given the low population in the area, they are no problem.

Has any one been to lake ratzcastle lately .... it is south of Goroke on the Edenhope rd and to Neds Corner west of Mildura

We were at Lake Ratzcastle last weekend, we were the only campers there, only few locals fishing, and a family on fathers day. Very relaxing, plenty of water (on the lake) the rain water tank was full, hot showers. Bring own firewood for fires.
