My sister has one of these in their caravan. I used it myself last week, and found it great. You'll get them at a Caravan supply shop too, but may pay a lot more. Suggest you shop around.

Cant see where I have posted this so will do this again.
I am looking at purchasing a washing machine as we will be on the road for 2 years or even more.
I looked at a Campanion 2kg twin. They seem small so I am wondering what other people are using.
I have been given a hand washer and have a bucket that I will use while travelling.
Looking forward to hearing from you long term grey nomads.
All have a wonderful day

We are looking at buying one of these. From what I have read of peoples comments that have one they all say that there really great. We just have to sort out where we can get it delivered to as you can't just drop in and buy one over the counter.

That's true Brian. My sister bought hers from Harvey Norman but it had to be ordered up from Melbourne for them. These days, you can buy most things on ebay a whole lot cheaper.

I forget how much my sister paid for hers.
Graeme, while were at Jondaryan, brother-in-law was pumping water from the creek for washing, showering etc. That was the way to go! And it was quite clean too.
Loving the avatar Della.

Oh no, Rosie, he's very conscious of that. We were both 'watering' a crack in the ground, a good way back from the creek. And there were plenty of cracks to choose from too.

I have the 2kg twin tub & love it. Got mine for $109 plus about $25 online from Sydney & delivered in 4 days. I use the miracle wash balls in mine ( as well as at home) so do not have to worry about soap suds or expensive detergents.

Hi All,
I am looking to buy 12 or 24 volt washing machine & microwave convention oven to put into our motorhome, for our travel around Australia. Does any one know where to buy this kind solar gear for motorhome. Let know so I don't have to keep looking forever on the internet. Cheers
