Hi all, tmorra we leave for Tassie [ from wa ] we have a mth. t get to Melb. 7 wks in Tas. home for xmas...
A few of you might remember ,we got as far as Eucla last time , I found out my 7 yr old grandson 's cancer had returned.. Sadly he past away in early August.
I guess we just get on with things now.. The REALLY hardest part is , as a parent, watching your son loose a son & there is NOTHING I can say or do!!

Phil, I have wondered how things were going for you.
I am so sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine how that must feel.
Glad that you are getting back out there and hope that your time in Tassie helps with the healing process.
Take care. Safe travels.
Pam.

Wishing you well Phil, and your family. When there are no words for some things, just being there screams support. Enjoy Tassie.

I am so sorry to hear that Phil. To lose a child or grandchild would be the worst in life to deal with. My blessings to you and your family. Enjoy your trip to Tassie and know you little grandson will be watching over you and enjoying what ever you see.

Phil I am sincerely sorry for the loss of your grandchild, it leaves a huge hole in your heart doesn't it? Know that he is whole where he is and no longer in pain. He will remain your guiding light on your journey forward.
Take care
Michelle

My friends lost their 6 year old Grandaughter within 2 days from taking ill, and it sucks, but you can't do anything about it. You can get out there and enjoy every day with them firmly in your heart though, the best medicine.
