It is now obvious that we are all still around, haha. Yes we have been a little quite of late but there has been a lot going on behind the sceens.
We have keept our travell directions off here for the obvious reasons, there is nothing like the essence of surprise , thanks Graeme for being a great sport & keeping this from Della.
Our timing was perfect, Dell was our for a couple of hours which allowed us to sneak in, setup camp & just wait for her return. We had a great night with more to come tonight. Another friend of Della;s droped in for the night as well, turned out that Leonie knew her as well from work days.

& last night.
Now word has it that Lorraine, Mrs Kiwi, is making another one of those fabulous pavs for tonight. Its a hard life out here.LOL.
It;s great to be back here again sharing some quality time with Della & Graeme

Well for a few days now my hubbym has been on a mission on wed he asked me if i was going to do the shopping
On thursday my reply yep,well i didnt get around to it so i thought well i have to go out on friday having coffee
With the broker that we met ,she is a lovely woman ,so coffee was for ten o clock so graeme says
Oh i need you here to sign for a parcel at 12 so then i change the coffee date to 2 pm and then was going
Shopping after.
Well then got told no no no ok i have a suprise turning up and you will not want to go out obce its here
So change coffee plans for 9 am go shopping.
Get home started to drive up the back of our one acre to turn around and unpack groceries and thought
Gee i dont remember our van being parked there and i cant see graeme home so i kept on driving
And was WHAT the heck is going on here TWO vans and ours but the two vans were fully set up
And mats down chairs out awnings rolled out and there sat JIM & LEONIE (just cruisin) & BRANDT
& LORRAINE i was stunned i wound down my window and yelled out what are you doing camped on my
Property like a free camp zone GET OUTTA HERE .
No truly what a suprise how wonderful of them to come up from kempsey and all meet up they even snuck
A night in down the cobb n co campground in glasshouse AND hubby snuck down yesterday arvo to visit.
Amazing im ovevrwhelmed what great people they are here till monday so if anybody is around the area call in
They even looked up Sucked in vacuum excavations so they could ring graeme to organise it all as they
Didnt have his number .
Had a great night last night lorraine cooked a mince dish in the dream pot and it was wonderful thank you guys
Look forward to tonight love you all so much for making my long weekend something to remember

Well we made strawberries soaked in cointreau we had pavlova and poured the Cointreau over The Pav, then Brandt seemed to make a mistake with the amount of sherry in the trifle so we are All a slightly bit giggly hahahaha so we are all having a great time I did want to say stuff you all but I'm signed In as kiwi as on there I pad so ill just say bugga yas all have a great weekend cos I know we are and it ain't over Yet oh wombat if only u were here so we could stir you . Hey Womby, that was Della on my I Pad with that last post,she pinched it. I think she has a fixation with IPads and wasn't happy with her purple one, so grabbed mine, so sorry I don't think there's much chance of you getting hers. Thanks Della and Graeme for the quality time we have spent with you over the last few days. Like Jim said it was Wonderfull to be able to spring the surprise on you, with Graeme's help. We will be praying for you tomorrow when you are having your scans. Thanks Jim and Leonie for the traveling mates from Charters Towers, and look forward to meeting up again in Kempsey.
So now it is down to our caravan yard at Loganholm to get a few nuts and bolts fixed on the van, and then make our way south.

Well, what a great weekend we have had with Della & Graeme. The plan came together as planed the sneaking in while della was away, the BBQ:s, last night night was Graeme,s turn, he insisted in doing dinner & done another great job.
Thanks also for the use of the new Coloardo yesterday, enjoyed the drive up onto the tablelands around Malany & Monto, nice car to drive.
This morning brings us to the end of this segment as we make our way down to the G/Coast to visit family before we head for home next week.
Again many thanks to Graeme & Della for their hospitallity, alowing us to have quality time with them. We wish Della lots of luck tomorrow when she has her scans, Prayers for a good outcome.
We have also enjoyed the company of Kiwi-as for the last couple of weeks or so, we have travelled from Charters Towers & working together to make this weekend a success. We will go seperate ways from Brissy & will have the pleasure of Brandt & Lorraine calling in at home in a couple of weeks for some more of the same social times & a look around the area.
thanks so much for your company the house feels so empty now and i cant stand to look up the back it seems so bare now.
i had a tear in my eye as you pulled out of the driveway but i know it will be us one day for good.
no news as of yet today had scans but i guess they have to look at them and i didnt have an appointment to see the doctor after so im guessing he will call.
thanks so much for your suprise im overwhelmed still and will treasure the memory for ever xxx
