I tow a 19 foot full height van with a Territory diesel awd and get about 13.5 l/100 driven conservatively over fairly straight and level country - vastly better than my previous petrol Territory. The diesel has plenty of power and doesn't shy away from hills at all.

Welcome Seve, I can't help you with the Territory. I am sure there are plenty here with that knowledge.

Hi We tow a 16ft pop top with a Territory RWD Diesal 2011.
Can't fault it.
Our only disappointment is that we don't get to 1000kms per tank that they advertise! Although we did recently come close on a trip from Deniliquin to Hay in NSW.... Totally flat, no traffic, side wind rather than head wind, turned off cruise control, and air con, plus we're not towing.
When towing we get about 13-14 l/ 100 Kim's, and we usually keep the air con on, plus cruise control when it's flat highway. We do travel fairly light and stick to 85-90 kms / hr speed wise.

Would happily tow a heavier van without strain.
