I was wondering if any one can recommend any free camp spots around Ballina and Grafton.
Any one stayed at Grafton showgrounds recently,

I stayed at Grafton Showgrounds a couple of days ago, though only used power, and have no idea of what the amenities are like as I always use my own, but if they are like the power boxes I would say very old. There is a caretaker sat the gate who takes your money and directs you where to park. Sites are quite level so not a lot of chocking needed.

There is one half way betweenCasino & Grafton. In Camps but do not have it with me. Large area with toots. We spent a night there last year.

Stayed there for 4 nights a week ago, $20 dollars a night, amenities not too bad and free washing machine, was pretty good and had a great time.
