Yes, it arrived today & now its fitted & wired. A very easy change over as the hard mount bracket is the same as the old voyger & wire colours are the same, just R&R.
Now have to wait until we are hitting the road again to do the final adjustments & testing, not pulling the van out of the yard just for that.

Don't blame you JC, that's work mate. It won't take long when you next hit the playground. Hope all is well with you and Mrs JC and excitement is not far away. You know what I mean.

You will appreciate the difference, it is far superior braking control to the Voyager.

JC, you'll wonder why you didn't change over sooner once you try it. I had a voyager in a commodore & a rodeo. I fitted a P3 to my BT50. There's no comparison. No pendulum adjustment to get out of adjustment if the unit is bumped & you know what voltage is going to the brakes under any circumstances.
Can anybody tell if the unit shows non connection if only one brake becomes electrically disconnected? I never had the instructions as it was fitted by the dealer when I bought the car.
Cheers Pete
Here's a video link to watch and a link to the operational manual.

I have the Prodigy and that one shows a non connection if only one caravan brake is disconected.

I'll have another read of the paper work tomorrow as to a brake failure warning.

If you go to the Tokonsha P3 web site home page, just under the photo of the P3 there are four windows, the bottom is installation guide & this opens a PDF file.
Full installation section with on screen warnings of problems. Also a trouble shooting section, follow directions to check all voltages & current .
This does not show a warning for the question asked about a one wheel failure.
I would think that if when all is working ok we do a trouble shoot of all features, volts in & out plus current draw, ( amps).which will be amps to the trailer brakes.
If a note is made of this then a periodical test could be done, IF a one wheel brake failure has happened then the current draw should be less.
This PDF is well worth a read & can be saved.
