I was going to say that the only thing that I can remember about 1966 is that that was the year that Gatum Gatum won the Melbourne Cup ... But that is wrong!
Gatum Gatum won in 1963 and that was my last bet on a race horse!
Who says my memory is rat **** ?
What I can clearly remember is that I had my last cigarette in 1969 after 14 years of addiction.
I know that you will all be very interested to know this stuff.
