Hi, has anybody got any ideas? My cassette toilet wont flush, the pump has been checked that is o.k. it appears to be the (relay ) that is located under the flush mount,There are lots of plumbers listed that could look at it! but it seems to be as i said an electrical problem, would appreciate any input.
Thanks

More info needed e.g. Model number ?
How did you test the pump ?
FWIW - I've just replaced the semi-seized pump in my Jayco Sterling Thetford C2 along with a blown fuse (3A) in the holding tank housing.

Open up this link and scroll down to toilets, open up and you may find your model number in there.
As they are operating manual there may be an explaination yo rectify your problem.
Not had your problem but with a problem that I had, I found the user manual & the people at Thelford excellent.
The repair person who I spoke to even sent me a copy of the relevant part of his manual which explained the fix.
(The problem in my case was the 'full' light not operating. The cause was that the pendulum float & magnet had been pushed past a locating ridge on the side of the tank. This meant that as the tank filled the actuating magnet rotated up the wrong side of the ridge & not past the reed relay that turned on the light. Fix was just to reach in and gently guide the pendulum float back onto the right side of the ridge. easy peasy!)
Heres the site for Thetford
