Another example of heeding the message....if you get an email forwarded from someone and it states to "send to everyone in your address book" you can almost guarentee that it is a hoax.
If you must forward this stuff just do a quick check for yourself the facts of the story. www.snopes.com & hoaxslayer are good places to start.
