If I may, the only small observation is to keep the sun behind the plane or you'll blow out the color balance as in the first shot. The third shot is great. Maybe 40 metres of altitude? Wish to photograph this place with my kite. It seems there are no power lines around to get electrocuted with a kite. Perfect. Was it a windless day or some breeze? Well, I know I am off topic and that is all for now. Please keep posting more aerial photos. Australia is much more wonderful viewed from the air. Thanks Roger.

Hi Roger ..
As you may or may not have experienced, trying to find a happy medium between SUN and WIND, especially with a glider, is not always possible.
Then too, up here a lot also depends much on the height you are wanting to use .. dead calm to about 60 ft .. then at that early hour the wind is quite variable 'til the south-easterly moves in later ..
Yes .. there are power lines around as the hot-air balloons can attest to after being hung up on them last year and also causing a blackout of the area for some hours.
Local chopper doing joy-flights sort of restricted me getting it in the air again .. but will try to just make my own flight this morning before the "madding" crowds inhabit the area ..
thanks guys
Jon
