Does anyone know of any good free/ cheap areas around Gil Weir , Miles area for a few days stopover.

There is also Bowenville Reserve - nearer to Dalby - big area with flush toilets, and fish in Oakey Creek (so they say)

I actually have my iPad next to the bed in the Avan. I can tune in any time without even getting out of bed.

The reason I post at strange times , early or late , is because at the moment we are babysitting the two youngest grandkids ( 3yrs and 2 yrs )7 to 5 daily so theres not much free time .Wouldn't change things for the world though Cheers
