My guess is that the answer to your question is yes. Paypal is as secure a way of paying on line as any and is simple to use once it's set up. Why it is offering you the option to pay by credit card but not accepting it I have no idea.

Yes they can be used as Ereaders though it does depend on the Ereader you may not have too many hours before recharging,
this can be overcome to degree by buying portable charging device about $10 to $20 from China this is charged from the usb hub on your computer and then plugged in on a lead to your tablet, some examples of portable power packs on this site
Can anyone tell me how to change the payment method on Wikicamps, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
During the usual 14 day trial I wanted to pay the $2.99 for wikicamps on my 7in android tablet.
I click on purchase App and registration Wiki camps comes up automatically with my Visa debit card (no:***) I click on buy and sign in to google.
Next, an error message comes up asking me to select a different payment method as my Credit card (no:***) was declined. ?plenty cash here?
I click OK and it takes me back to 'Buy'. Nothing comes up to show me where to change my payment method.
Does it have something to do with Google/Paypal?

Thanks fella's, Yes I have used the debit card before with no problem thats why I'm boggled! I opened this debit card for internet use, keeping it at a low amount. I'll look on Paypal to change to another card then that might fix the problem.

Helen,
Once you purchase Wikicamps, providing you have a google id you can put it on your phone and tablet. Very good value.
