I just looked and noticed that the rabid nsw supporters are very Quiet this morning. Is it because they got flogged 26 to 6 last night at Lang park in Qld? And Krudd is back as PM, so QLD WINS on both fronts.Might be too early for certain people who need self medication before they post. Will be a great game in Sydney.Does this mean that next year there will be two games in Qld? The mind boggles. Bill

A beautiful game & a glorious outcome.
Only downside was the punching incident taken out of all context again by the officials. Only the offender should have gone for ten at least, just like Gallen in game 1.
Just wait for the 'Murdick' media followed the rest of the lazy rabble media turn on Rudd now that they have finished with Juliar.

Yes a great win by the Queenslanders.
A shame about the no 10 min sin bin in game 1 then we get 4 guys in the sin bin in game 2.... Please explain?????
We have Foxtel IG so I was able to rewind when I needed to.
Let me share one incident with you.
Gallen in a tackle head butted a Queensland very late in the tackle, and it went unnoticed by the REfs and the media.
I have recorded the game that is being replayed on fox as I type, so I will take note again and advise my findings.
Should be a great game 3 in Sydney.
Go the MIGHTY MAROONS.
Jay&Dee.
How about that effort from Thurston. In hospital Tuesday night and for my money was man of the match.

When you review the game, have a close look at where Gallen's right hand was in the tackle that lead to the send off incident.
He is well known for using the XMAS hold.
The SOO & the terrible weather yesterday prompted me to sit down in front of the big screen and look at some of my old VHS RL games (in pseudo 3D). Not surprisingly, my attention was drawn to Gallen's activities & I was amazed at the amount of foul play that he indulges in, even when playing for Australia in a four nations game against NZ and what a fantastic game that was. Yet he has the audacity to complain about foul play as a justification for his deliberate & premeditated illegal actions. Somehow Gallen has to take some punishment for his role in this whole debacle.

In politics, the backbench is the sin bin. Three years is a long time, though, even for a Queenslander.

What a great game, it always is, when you win I suppose. The next one will be a good contest, hope we can do it on their turf just to show them up again. A bit of Biff never hurt anyone,it is just the pressure of the game. Scott, Tate & Thurston all played well, I am a Cowboys supporter, hope they can do the same this weekend ,we need it from here on in.

I watched a bit of the Rabbitos & Canberra game last night. What a contrast to the SOO that I have been watching lately. It seemed very slow & the players rather lethargic. Makes one appreciate just how great the SOO games are.
I see that Gallen got some kama. Out for maybe 5 weeks with a crook foot. Maybe a delayed reaction from Nate Miles twisting his little footsie. Poor little diddiums.
This will be bad for the game as a spectacle, but must enhance Queensland's chances.

I don't know if you realise this but in the first game at half time NSW lead 14 to 0. Queensland scored only points (6) in second hgalf.
Now to game 2.
NSW were held scoreless until the 70th Min??? of the second game, where they gained 6 points to our 26.
Now that means Queensland defence was brilliant keeping NSW scoreless for 110 minutes of football. No points from the Blues in 40 min second half and until the 70th Min game 2 = 110 consecutive minutes.
