Just spent 2 weeks with my sister, she lives on Mitchells Island and has done for 10years. This road is a death trap. Initially it was 100k's most of the way. At least they have
reduced it to 70 in places. After the recent rain the road had deteriorated considerably. I hope they fix it before more people are hurt or killed.

And I hear that like a lot of our eastern beaches the big surfs have spoilt the Old Bar beach.
