As I am new to this forum and have read a lot of interesting ideas etc., I will really have to mention that some of the comments that Gary makes are quite funny and witty - I do have a chuckle when I read them. One that comes to mind was his comment to his Mum about putting carpet on the bottom of his shoes instead of getting the whole house carpeted and then wondered why his Mum wasn't impressed!!! Anyway Gary thanks for the wit - keep it up!!

Thanks, Nellie. I've been called a wit before albeit with another word in front of it. My mother's name was Ellen but my dad nicknamed her Nelly, which stuck. She hated being called Nelly Kelly. Hehe. As to you Goldy, you'll keep.

Nelly, your name makes me recall a little ditty my late Grandmother used to sing to me over and over, at the same time as patting my brow, when getting me to sleep around the middle of the last century......" Nelly Bligh caught a fly and tied it to a string..string broke, cut its throat..poor little thing"........and no Gary, I wasn't eighteen and a half years old at the time mate.....Lol....Hoo Roo
