I'm guessing the dealer is Ian Grant in Traralgon who are also the Royal flair agents. Royal Flair was building the Grant Tourers before Ian truck a deal with Creative. While Creative are (Or were) a good van, but the Royal Flair is better. If your getting it for the same price then you're a mile in front. I'm quite positive you'll have many years of trouble free exciting adventures with the new van. Cheers, ozjohn.
PS> Royal Flair have always maintained a position on my best buys list.
PPS> As a point of interest, the legal responsibility for warranty claims rests with the vendor. i.e. the dealer. It's then up to the dealer to get a refund from the manufacturer (or importer). If manufacturer has gone out of business then the dealer has to wear the cost of warranty repairs.

Well folks just received a call from our caravan dealer in a panic. We traded our Coromal in on a new Creative van in May, Creative have now gone into receivership. Our dealer is very good and has struck a deal with another supplier, Royal Flair don't know much about them??. Now we have to head up tomorrow and go through the whole ordering/design process again but it will cost us more,
Oh well better that being stuck with a van that you can not get warranty on. will keep you updated.

Hi OZJOHN, no Michael Chapmans up here on the NSW South Coast, at Nowra. Only hoping it's not going to cost me to much for the same inclusions that we had sorted out on the Creative.
