Have just had the past 6 nights coming across from Hyden to Norseman & now at Wirrulla, 90k east of Ceduna to chill out at this tiny van park $10/night. Stopped here in 2010 so knew what it is like. First night in power since Monday.

OMA good morning
Enjoyed your link to the photos of the whales off the Bright. Were they that close to the land, how good that.
We were at Port Macquarie a couple of weeks back watching the whales going by about 500 meters out to sea. We thought we were pretty special having them entertain us but we needed to use our imagination a bit.
We have a some rough plans laid out in our retirement mixed with overseas travel but your photos have moved the tour of the bottom end towards the front of the list.
Thankyou. Cheers Ralph.

I did have a long lens on camera but they were still close at the head of the Bight Whale watching spot.
