Well the deal has been done. I picked up my new (used) Motorhome from Mildura yesterday. Was a very quick trip and too tired to even take some photos, will do that later.
I wish to compliment and send out a huge bouquet to Rob and Amanda Tonkin from Wirraway Motorhomes in Mildura. Their level of care and service has been above and beyond. What a wonderful company to deal with. The staff were happy and wonderful to be around also.
Rob did the hand over yesterday and made sure that everything was absolutely in tip top shape before he would allow me to take it from the yard. My Wirraway 260 now sits in my neighbours driveway, because it won't go in mine and I will start to pack it ready for my new life.
It is really nice to deal with people that care about the customer and their product and are geniune people also. Driving back home last night was easy, just have to get the seat covers on as the seats are a little slippery without. Next weeks job. Now to make it my own, yipppeee and then Australia will become my playground also.

Hi Jules, just read your post saying you were around Mildura yesterday, darn missed you. Was not there for very long believe me and it was go, go, go. Son had to get back here so he could pack his truck to head back to Brisbane.
No, no excuses, I will be out there as soon as I possibly can.

That is good news Sharon, it is so much easier when things just flow between company and customer. We had much the same experience with Jon at Northland Caravans he was great, nothing was too much trouble and that is just how I like it to be.
wish you many happy kilometres of touring.

Great news Shekon, now the adventures begin! And I expect the Wirraway will perform just as nicely as its salespeople.
