Ahh - it is a beautiful day here - sun is shining, blue sky - lake like a mirror - about 20 camped up here at the moment.
For anyone who hasn't been here - on the road between Bendigo and Shepparton, at Corop - heaps of room, good for fishing, boating, safe for kids, off the highway, flushing toilets, and water (from the lake), big rubbish bins as well.
Come along - say g'day - love having visitors here, we are to the left of the toilet block, looking at the lake.

I know it's a long way off but I'm booked on the Spirit to Melbourne on March 18, 2014, and I plan heading to Greens for a couple of nights from 19th on my way to Brisbane. Hope to catch up with any GNs who happen to be there at the time...

Apparently the lake was drained around May this year, not completely though, but it is now at pretty well capacity I reckon. The photo I posted was actually taken last year - don't know what are being caught, but quite a few fishing through the day here, and a few boats in the water. We haven't fished yet - maybe tomorrow - no hurry!!!!!!! And Dougwe - nothing wrong with salmon carp!!!!!!!!
Will be good to see some Grey Nomads - a great meeting place!!!!!! We will be here for a few weeks probably 4 or 5 - so plenty of time!!

Hi Mike C - all welcome up here - be good to meet more new GN's - always a lot of fun! We are possibly heading into Shep this Sunday (NRL Grand Final) - if we can't get the satellite dish organised - think something wrong with decoder box - grrrrrr!
Do some shopping on Monday - then back here!

Oh boy - did we get the winds last night - rockin' and rollin' all night - trees down all along the road to Rochester, and on the corner of the road into Greens as well! Still windy, but the sun is out, though very cold now, weak sunshine!!!!
