Well if I had known about all that I would have been there in a flash. I am only 45 mins from Pt Augusta.
But I will just suffer with goat rack of ribs on the spit instead.
Out of interest how long before you manage to escape?

Cultana, we will be here at least a week, if not two. All depends how long the new motor takes to come over from WA.

Sounds like a painful exercise.
I am off to Adelaide, not back till the 12 Oct. if you are still around I can drop in with some nice fresh goat ribs or leg for the BBQ plus a bit of red.
If you dont have a BBQ I will bring up my little Q job.
Send you pm with phone contact.

Sniff, Sniff, I can smell pikelets.
Yep thought I could. Now Brandt I am very disappointed, you Kiwi's don't seem to know the true meaning of the word "Mate". A true "Mate" would have invited me to the pikelet banquet.
As for Michael, well howdy, I would normally say "Mate" but you told me to "Eat My Heart Out". Not happy Jan.
Hope you are as well as you look in the pic "Mate".
I thought 'Nu-one' went into liquidation and was given a promotion to a new title? You must be very busy doing other things these days as I never see you around here. I thought you might have got Dazelled by a naked Gypsy and fell down a wombat hole.
Good to see you again Michael, even though it is only in a pic. I won't talk to who I thought was a "Mate" (Mr Kiwi) but because Mrs Kiwi didn't actually say anything, Hi Mrs Kiwi and hi Julie.

Dougwe Mate, if you were a REAL mate, you would have down'd tools and raced over to be by my side while I am incompacitated (wow that's a big word ).

Hi Dougwe.
Sorry you couldn't follow your nose and make it here before they ate all the pikelets. Don't worry. I'm sure there will be more in the future.

Hope is all going well there in Port Agutta.
I am still waiting for parts from Japan for my bus so doing a few little tasks and flitting around with my mate. Off to Adelaide tomorrow for some business work (for him).
Hope you are soon on the road or I will have to come and see what is going on. LOL
Have to watch that Dougwe fella me thinks he breaks his diet a couple of times a day if the bait is acceptable.
Regards
Brian

I've been laying low for a bit, and when I return I see that the Kiwis are out of action again. Sorry Brandt, but I just have to rub it in...you should have driven it off a cliff long ago!
Nice to see Michael raising his head again too.

Which caravan park are you in. We will be stopping at Port Augusta on the 24th on our way back to Adelaide.
Had a visit today from Nu-one (Michael) and Julie. Of course I had to make pikelets for afternoon tea. Doug, Michael says "Eat your heart out!"
They came up today and are staying overnight beside us in the caravan park, thanks Michael and Julie.
But I will just suffer with goat rack of ribs on the spit instead.
