I was down at the local marina this contraption caught my eye. The guy jumped it with his family, drove down the ramp and headed out to sea! I suppose it would save rego, but what do you rego it as? The wheels are hydraulically driven and its steered from the usual position.Great toy , eh.I wonder if I can borrow it........... Bill
There,s alittle elec start motor under the front deck which powers the wheel and steering.you can,t run the outboard out of the water.Pretty neat, though, eh. Bill

Bill, that (Boat) is called Sealegs, and is a NZ invention. They have been trying to break into the international market for a few yrs. It has a Honda motor under the seats to power the hydraulic motors at the rear wheels. When in water the wheels fold up out of water.
The Company has been selling some to the military.

There were to my knowledge 4 Three Legs of Mann. The first three were trimarans and the fourth a catamaran. I'm thinking of "Three Legs of Mann III".
