Hi all, we haven't visited green lake yet, after reading all the great comments here we are going to head there about end November, currently in the wide bay. Would love to know temps and how dry/lush it is rgds gitsho

Howdyeeee folks, let me say this ,Greens lake , is the Biblical Garden of Eden, at present Adam and Eve are there , !!But,!! Yep, " Garden of Eden" is a good way to describe there Billeeeeeee (note the 7e's mate ).

Funny fella Dougwe!!!!!!
Greens Lake today is overcast - but warm - had a few spots of rain - at this time of the year anything can happen - yesterday was sunny, with a bit of a wind - the kite flyers loved it, fisherpeople not so!
Can get very hot, but there is water to swim in - and a fair few trees for shade!!!
Love this place!
