We made it!. Thank you all from Brian and Frances. We have just completed 2350k in a wagon with our two horses (Thelma and Louise) and the experience was made so much better by all the Grey Nomads that either stopped and talked to us or shared our camping experience. Basic itinerary was Gunning, Bourke, Wentworth Gunning. We have so many good people to comment on that I am at a loss until I unravel the diary. 6 months and 3 days.
Welcome to the forum Brianwoodbrige56.(Brian and Frances).I really like your mode of travel and the fact that you have another horse in case you need to go to the shops.Well thought out . I personally can't see myself doing what you have done .Bravo..Hope that when you sort out your photos you will post on the forum for everyone to see..Could also imagine the fuel economy would be good as well.Once again well done .I have total admiration for the 2 of you .Good luck with future travels.

Well done!! Big effort. Must have been an awful lot of forward planning, horses fed/watered and overnight stays some? I assume the extra horses were for the 110 k.p.h. zones.

That would have been a high maintenance trip, 4 horses to be cared for, as Keith 19837 said lot of forward planning....big family to feed.
Wish I'd been camping where you were a few times, loved your view.

Wow Wow Wow. I am so envious
That would just about be the best way to travel.
Probably a logistical nightmare though
