I have noticed there are quite a few aps for camping which one would be the best?I have used the trusty camps book but I thought I might go hi-tec and try my ipad in conjuction with THE book, as we are always looking for new and interesting places to visit.

I have Wikicamps on my iPhone and iPad but still like my Camps7. I like to open it up and see a big area of camp sites spread out in front of me, helps in the planning stages of looking for a nice place to rest the head for a night or three. I can also make sure that Navlady isn't leading me astray.

Hi All
There is no substitute for paper, I have both Wilki and Camps book and like using my tablet, I am sitting in bed doing this they are so portable. Paper is so much better when you are doing the planning you can spread it around have as many things in front of you as you like, no give me paper. Cheers
