Wow!!!!! Today we had the pleasure of Wombat and Mrs Wombat's company for a few hours here at Greens!!!
Was great to meet up with Womby at last - and Jenny - lovely people - think they liked our little paradise - it put on a fine show today - a couple of boats came out to "do their stuff" - and the sun shone all day!
Thanks also to Dougwe who travelled several hours to get here just to meet Womby at last. Doug made us some rolls and shortbread - delicious - thanks Doug! Was great to see you - take care mate!

Wow, what a special guest that was. The legend that is Wombat. That is so neat, cant wait to see some of Billeeeeee's photos. I am sure Dougwe would have been beside himself with excitement to finally meet his nemesis.
That is exciting news. Now you just need to get Cindy there and all will complete at Greens.

What a great day it was too and I tell you something for free, it was worth every KM of the 11 hour drive (return) 5.5 there and 5.5 back just to see my mate bigW. He is a legend for sure and It was pointed out that he is not all that far off the "Master" title either.
Shekon, I am not sure what "nemesis" means as it is a big word for me so will ask my mate bigW later but then again he is a wombat and can't read so I think I'm in a pickle. I just hope you were not swearing at me in some foreign language.
Now something I picked on while chatting to wombat was that dazren will be pleased that I now know where the 50" Plasma TV from the naughty room disappeared too. Yep it's in wombat's hole. Now wombat has a 50" TV in the bedroom and another one in the lounge room.
Billeeeeeee (7 E's), thanks for the pics mate I will see how and if I can somehow copy the one of wombat and me, print it, frame it and take it straight to the pool room fire place, um, wall.
Thanks bigW and MrsW (and everyone at Greens) for a great day, I'm sure we will meet again mate. I just hope you ate one of my special rolls with "stuff" in it.
Must admit though, by the time I got home at 9.05pm I was just a tad buggered.

Dazren, wombat is like a super hero, he was in his super hero outfit so you couldn't see he is a wombat.
I did know what DVD's he watches cos I sent them to him. He actually made a movie you know, it featured the Nullarbor Nymph and My Avan, if you ask him nicely he might send you a copy.

Absolute magic finally meeting wombat after all this time. Have been online friends for at least 2 years longer than we have been on greynomads, and never met in person till now.
Never knew for sure if there was a Mrs Wombat, thank goodness you came with him to confirm this Jenny. You never know if a wombat knows how to tell the truth or not.

It must have been too much for wombat Marj as he has been very quiet today. I reckon he couldn't handle the hard like style at Greens, that's why I keep doing it for Dazren, I'd hate for him to get tired due to the stress of being at Greens, how would he go to work then.

Indeed a lovely day - wonderful to meet Mr and Mrs Womby - and for Dougwe to travel so far to meet them(and the lovely lunch rolls he provided).
Kiwi-as - yep almost as terrific as you guys coming to visit as well - just imagine how overcome we would have been if both of you had come the same day!!!! "sHUT THE GATE!!!!"
So good to meet Womby, after all this time - and hope to do so again, over west!!
