Bit difficult to read Lance. I note a web site address on the bottom left corner. If you could publish that address, we could look at the letter on the website....

Gday...
It appears that URL does not work - probably "system generated" within Centrelink.
I have 'enlarged' the original photo ... hope this may help.
Thanks guys. I guess I could have enlarged the image, but I'm in a lazy mood today and thought clicking on the URL would be simpler !!!

I saved it as a picture and enlarged it from there. Still a bit complex. Hope someone knows how to interpret it all when applying it.

Lance - excuse my ignorance but you say the page pertains to Victoria. I was under then impression that rent assistance was a Commonwealth matter administered by Centrelink.......is what you mention restricted to Victoria?

Now that was interesting, has anyone had any dealings with Centrelink regarding the 'portability' of the volunteer for NSA rules and regs?
I have only just completed my studies (and yes, I graduated!! Makes me wonder what I would have done if I had taken up my place at Uni alll those years ago...)
Don't suppose a job in the sector will jump out at me at this time of year....and my driveway is about to cease to be available so will need to be getting out on the road again very soon. Whilst studying I really enjoyed volunteering with my local Vinnies - great group of people and lots of fun...but expensive, keep finding things I 'need'!

I didn't know if it was Australia or just Victoria, it is centre link so I presume it is all over this great country,a phone call to centre link would be a thought.

What this form from centre link basicly says ,if you own your own home you are not entitled to rent assistance while travelling in a caravan or motor home for twelve months, but after twelve months you may apply for rent assistance and may get it,anybody that owns or buying a caravan or motor home and living in it is classed as low assets limits and can apply for rent assistance ,that is full timers on the road, also boat owners that live on there boat and are paying mooring fees can apply, this should explane it briefly.
